Experience the vibrant energy of the 2025 Printer's Row Art Fest, returning to Chicago’s historic South Loop on Saturday and Sunday, August 9–10. Now in its fifth year, this beloved summer event transforms Dearborn Street (from Polk to Harrison) into an open-air celebration of creativity, hosted in collaboration with South Loop Neighbors and the Greater South Loop Association.
Wander through the fest and discover the work of 100 talented artists from across the country, showcasing a wide variety of art forms—from contemporary paintings and street art to handmade jewelry, upcycled designs, fine photography, woodworking, and bold sculpture. Whether you're an avid collector or just looking to be inspired, you'll find art at every price point.
The streets will come alive with live music, and the neighborhood's popular restaurants, cafés, and bars will be serving up plenty of local flavor to enjoy between browsing.
Make a weekend of it and experience why Printer’s Row is one of Chicago’s most exciting neighborhoods for art, culture, and community.
The magnificent architecture that adorns Printer's Row serves as a stunning backdrop for the show, accentuating the area's beauty, culture, and creativity. Admission is free, and convenient parking is available nearby, including a parking garage just one block away on Harrison. The event is accessible to individuals using wheelchairs and strollers, ensuring everyone can enjoy the festivities.
We also invite attendees to bring their gently used wall art to the festival, where it will be donated to the Chicago Furniture Bank, a local nonprofit organization that assists those transitioning from shelters to permanent housing. Additionally, several artists from this show are participating in Amdur Productions' Green Ribbon Project, promoting sustainability and environmental awareness.
Join us at the Printer's Row Art Fest for a weekend of artistic exploration, community engagement, and creative inspiration.
